Tradewind Australia is recruiting an experienced Diploma Qualified Educator for a supportive and community-focused early learning service in Horsham.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming team where you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a high-quality early childhood environment.
Working in the 3-4-year-old room, you will contribute to engaging learning experiences, build strong relationships with children and families, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality outcomes in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
Please note: This role is suited to Diploma Qualified Educators with prior paid experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.

About You
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have demonstrated paid experience working in a long day care, kindergarten,
or early learning setting
- Be confident contributing to programming, observations, and documentation
- Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Bring a positive, reliable, and team-focused approach to your work
- Be passionate about providing high-quality education and care
Essential Requirements
- Current Employee Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain immediately)

- Only candidates with prior paid Early Childhood Educator experience will be considered
- Candidates with placement experience only are not suitable for this opportunity
