Working in a casual capacity, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our bar and dining areas, ensuring our customers receive a friendly and professional experience.

What you'll be doing

- Provide attentive and courteous table service in our dining areas
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar
- Assist with food preparation and plating as required
- Maintain a clean and well‑organised work environment
- Respond promptly to customer requests and queries
- Adhere to all health, safety and licensing regulations

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills




- Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming (RSA and RCG) certification
- Warm, friendly and professional demeanour
