Astakos Fish is seeking an experienced Fishmonger with solid seafood knowledge, excellent customer service skills and pride in product presentation.

About the role

- Prepare and display fresh seafood.

- Help customers with seafood selection and cooking advice.

- Clean, scale and prepare fish to customer requirements.

- Monitor freshness, quality and stock rotation.

- Maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety procedures.

About you

- Previous experience working as a fishmonger.

- Sound knowledge of fish varieties and seafood handling.

- Confident seafood preparation and knife skills.

- Friendly, reliable and able to work efficiently during busy periods.

- High standards of cleanliness and presentation.
