RYMI Installations is a specialist installation business with our factory at Burleigh Heads.

We install blinds, awnings, shutters and curtains for most of the major window furnishing retailers across the Gold Coast and northern Recent South Wales.

We don't sell. We install. That means you're not quoting at night, not chasing your own work, and not chasing invoices. The work is booked, the product is ready before you leave, and your wage lands every week.

We're flat out and we're after one more experienced installer.

The work

- Interior blinds, curtains and shutters, and exterior awnings, shutters and track-guided systems
- On-site check measures, accurate installation, and sorting out the problems a site throws at you
- Residential and light commercial
- Gold Coast, Tweed and northern NSW

What we're after You've been installing window furnishings for a while. You can read a set of paperwork, pick up a discrepancy before you drill, fix into concrete, brick, steel and plasterboard without thinking twice, and leave a job looking like it should.

You're comfortable working on your own once you know our way of doing things,



and you're good with customers — you're in their homes every day, and you're the only person from the business they'll ever meet.

Current driver's licence, and able to pass a police check.

What we pay

- $37–$40 per hour depending on experience.
- Regular overtime available.
- Full time employed position — superannuation, annual leave, sick leave. Not subcontract, not ABN.
- Company van, tools, iPad and uniform.
- Paid on time, every time.

Who you'd be working with A settled crew, led by our senior installer. Scheduling is organised — you know what you're on ahead of time, not at seven o'clock the night before — and when a job goes sideways there's someone on the other end of the phone. We've got more work than we can keep up with and we're growing.
