About the role

As an Experienced Barista, you'll work closely with our Store Manager and be an significant part of creating the Little Sparrow experience. You'll craft exceptional specialty coffee and hot drinks, create beautiful coffees and show off your latte art skills, take orders, prepare food, and confidently use the POS system. You'll welcome customers and create genuine connections, work closely with your team to keep the café running smoothly, stay cool, calm and efficient during the morning rush, and help maintain the high standards Little Sparrow is known for.

About you





- Minimum 1 years' Barista experience
- A genuine people person with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passionate about coffee, hospitality and great customer service
- Confident, friendly and comfortable engaging with customers
- Able to think on your feet when the café gets busy
- Reliable, punctual and well presented
- Enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious
- A strong communicator and team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Someone who takes pride in what they do
