As a member of our ECC team, you'll work closely with specialists, registrars and residents across a broad range of disciplines, including: /n /n

- Critical Care /n
- Neurology /n

- Diagnostic Imaging /n
- Oncology (opening September) /n /n Our hospital is equipped with advanced technology and dedicated critical care facilities, including: /n /n
- Mechanical ventilators /n
- High-flow nasal oxygen therapy /n
- Species-specific oxygen cages /n
- Endoscopy /n
- Advanced Imaging including CT, MRI and Fluoroscopy /n /n You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team where professional development, clinical excellence, and patient care are highly valued. /n The Role /n As an ECC Veterinary Nurse, you'll be involved in the care of a diverse caseload of emergency, medical, surgical, and neurological patients, managing cases from presentation and stabilisation through to ongoing intensive care and recovery. /n Your responsibilities will include: /n /n
- Emergency triage and patient stabilisation /n
- ICU and critical care nursing /n
- Hospital nursing and inpatient management /n




- Anaesthesia monitoring and peri-operative support /n
- Management of complex and challenging referral cases /n
- Working collaboratively with specialists across multiple disciplines /n /n You'll be supported by experienced ECC clinicians and nurses who are committed to mentoring, education, and helping you grow your skills and confidence. /n About You /n We're looking for a capable and compassionate nurse who brings: /n /n
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent) /n
- Minimum 3 years' clinical nursing experience /n
- Previous emergency, critical care, or referral hospital experience /n
- Confidence monitoring general anaesthesia, including ECG, SpO₂, ETCO₂, and blood pressure /n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills /n
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail /n
- The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure /n
- A genuine passion for Emergency & Critical Care /n
