We are currently recruiting for Grader Operators to carry our operational maintenance. Positions offered on an 8/6 Roster 12hr days.

Position Requirements

- Applicants must be based in Perth or Port Hedland.

Medical Requirements

- Ability to successfully pass a Category 1 Rail Medical.

Essential Qualifications, Tickets & Licences

- RIIMPO324F – Conduct Civil Construction Grader Operations
- Current HR Class Driver's Licence (or higher)
- Current Construction Industry White Card

Essential Skills & Experience





- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience operating graders and applying road construction principles.
- Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems and Safe Systems of Work.
- Sound knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach less experienced personnel in grader operations and road construction practices.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience

- Experience operating:
- Tip Trucks
- Rollers
- Front End Loaders
- Small earthworks plant and equipment
- General maintenance skills associated with civil plant and equipment.
- Mechanical Trades Certificate
