Event Staff Australia is expanding its Brisbane/Qld contractor team for upcoming event and hospitality shifts across the region.

Shifts available remaining in Glenaven, Qld, on a bonus rate:

Sat 10 Oct 2026 - Standard Bartender 2pm–10pm

Sat 10 Oct 2026 - Standard Bartender - 4pm–11pm

Opportunities may include

- Food and beverage attendants / wait staff
- Standard and cocktail bartenders
- Event assistants and general event support
- Customer service, registration and guest check-in
- Promotional and brand activation staff
- Kitchen assistants and back-of-house support
- Team leaders and experienced event supervisors

About the work

Shifts are offered according to customer demand and may include private functions, corporate events, conferences, activations and hospitality events. Dates, locations, duties, pay rates and uniform requirements are confirmed for each available shift.

What we are looking for

- Previous event, hospitality, customer service,



retail or promotional experience
- Reliable, qualified and confident communication
- Ability to follow event briefings and arrive punctually
- Availability for casual and short-notice shifts across Sydney
- A current NSW RSA for any role involving alcohol service
- Other relevant certificates can be advised when applying for a particular shift

Bonus rates may p/hour may be offered.

This is independent contractor work, with shifts offered subject to customer requirements and individual availability. Pay varies according to the role, shift and applicable requirements.
