Julietta is a 35-seater restaurant wine bar on Toorak Road, South Yarra that opened in May. We're bringing a warm, vibrant take on Italian food and wine to the neighbourhood. Just 3-months since opening, demand is super high and we're further building our passionate Front of House team and are looking for experienced, skilled servers and runners to join our team.

As a Front of House, you'll be looking after a section with 5-7 tables and ensuring they have an outstanding experience with us following both our sequence of service and service standards. Our service style is relaxed and warm, but exacting in how we deliver that service. We expect our team to build a genuine rapport with our guests and strive to deliver an experience above their expectations by always going the extra mile.

To be successful in this role, you will bring to the table:

- Experience in a similar style, busy venue (wine bar, bistro, or restaurant with a strong guest focus) where tables turn regularly across busy services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality.
- Understanding of what makes truly excellent guest experiences, and a genuine desire to make our guests feel cared for above their expectation.




- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with guests and our team.
- Preferably solid wine knowledge, with the ability to make thoughtful and tailored recommendations. At least a passion for learning. Intermediate wine pairing skills with ability to match wines to dishes and guest preferences.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and a positive vibe.
- A professional, upbeat, positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
- An interest in working 20-30hrs per week, or full-time across both lunch and dinner services
