Full-Time $38–$45/hr + Super | Subcontractor Arrangements Considered

Elite Solutions Group Australia is looking for an experienced Metal Roofer to join our roofing team based in Inverell.

We are open to either a full-time employee or an experienced subcontractor looking for consistent ongoing work.

Formal roofing qualifications are not essential – proven roofing experience is.

We're looking for someone who knows their way around a metal roof and can work alongside our Roofing Supervisor without needing to be taught the basics.

The Role

You'll work on insurance and residential roofing projects throughout Inverell, the New England/North West and other areas of NSW.

The work includes

- Removal and replacement of metal roofing
- Measuring, cutting and installing Colorbond roof sheeting
- Installing flashings, cappings, valleys and associated roofing components
- Battens and insulation
- Roof repairs and maintenance
- Identifying and resolving roofing issues on site
- Working safely and efficiently as part of an established roofing crew
- Working away when required

What We're Looking For You don't need to be a qualified Roof Plumber, but you must have solid hands-on metal roofing experience.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience installing metal roofing
- Can confidently complete roofing work with minimal supervision
- Understands correct metal roofing installation methods
- Can measure, cut and install roof sheets and flashings




- Is comfortable working at heights
- Holds a current White Card
- Has a driver's licence
- Is reliable and takes pride in their workmanship
- Is willing to travel and work away when required

Employment Options Full time Employee

- $38–$45 per hour + super, depending on experience
