Moonee Valley Osteopathy, established in 1996, is looking for an experienced Osteopath to join our team. You will be working alongside 5 Osteopaths in a warm, caring environment with a combined 71 years of experience.

This listing is for a contractor osteopath role with permanent part-time or full-time hours available.

We desire a energetic and enthusiastic individual that is friendly and welcoming, and passionate to help patients achieve their lifestyle goals and relieve ailments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Osteopathy from a recognised institution
- Registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Osteopath

Duties & responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive case history assessments to form diagnoses, and identify patients’ impairments
- Provide individualised treatment whilst managing caseload with clients of all ages




- Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patients’ needs and goals
- Educate clients and their families on injury recovery and self-care strategies
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals to provide a holistic, multidisciplinary care plan tailored to individuals needs
- Communicate with relevant service providers to ensure effective delivery of clients’ care plan
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records through our practice management software, Cliniko
- Interact with patients and other professionals with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- We are known as a structural osteopathic clinic, and experience or interest in pelvic floor, paediatrics, geriatrics and sports would be considered optimal
