What you'll be doing?

- Restoring and repairing roofs: Carry out roof restorations, repairs, and leak investigations to keep customers' properties in top condition.
- Completing roof replacements: Deliver full roof replacements as well as gutter and downpipe replacement work.
- Working with flashings and metal roofing: Apply hands-on skills to flashing installation and metal roofing tasks.
- Handling storm damage and insurance repairs: Support customers through storm damage repairs and insurance-related work.
- Maintaining residential and commercial properties:



Provide ongoing maintenance across a variety of residential and commercial sites.
- Conducting roof inspections and reports: Inspect roofs, identify defects, and prepare condition reports with clear, practical recommendations.
- Advising customers on roofing solutions: Offer practical, honest advice to help customers make informed decisions about their properties.
- Preparing quotations: Put together quotations for recommended works, drawing on strong product knowledge and customer insight.
- Delivering quality and service: Bring exceptional workmanship and customer service to every job, every day.

Who are they looking for?
- Roofing or roof plumbing experience: A solid background in roofing or roof plumbing, including experience with restoration and maintenance work, is essential for this role.
- A track record with quotes and recommendations: Some prior experience preparing quotes and offering recommendations to customers will help hit the ground running.
- Current White Card: A valid White Card is required to work safely on site.
- Working at Heights Certification: Certification in Working at Heights is needed to carry out roofing tasks safely.
- Australian Driver's Licence: A current Australian driver's licence is required, as the role includes use of a company vehicle.
- Strong communication skills:



The ability to communicate clearly and confidently with customers and the team is key for building trust and rapport.

- Problem-solving mindset: Comfortable inspecting roofs, identifying defects, and recommending practical, workable solutions.
