ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll manage approximately 115 properties, with responsibilities including:

- Building strong landlord and tenant relationships




- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Arrears management
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Portfolio compliance and performance
- Delivering exceptional customer service

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for an experienced Property Manager who is:

- Appropriately registered to work as a Property Manager in WA
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- A confident and professional communicator
- Reliable, accountable and client-focused
- A positive team player looking for long-term career growth
