Experienced Station Hand

? Regional NSW | Large-Scale Cattle Operation ? Full-Time | Suitable for Individual or Couple

We are seeking an experienced and motivated station hand (or couple) to join a well-established, large-scale cattle property in regional NSW. This role is ideal for someone who has solid cattle experience and is ready to take the next step in their station career, with genuine opportunity to grow.

Reporting directly to the Station Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the property, contributing to livestock management, property maintenance, and overall station performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and is confident working independently when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Mustering, drafting, and handling cattle on motorbike and horseback
- Day-to-day cattle work with a strong focus on animal welfare and safety
- Fencing, yards, and general station maintenance
- Tractor and grader work
- Supporting the Station Manager with operational tasks as required





About You

You are an experienced station hand who:

- Has proven cattle handling experience
- Is physically fit and capable of undertaking the demands of station work
- Can work unsupervised and take ownership of tasks
- Has a solid work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Is reliable, safety-focused, and takes pride in doing the job properly

Essential Requirements

- Current driver’s license
- Experience working with cattle
- Tractor and grader experience
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role

Favourable (Not Essential)

- HC license
