RE:Group Australia is coming to South Africa.

Our Executive Team will be arriving in Cape Town & Johannesburg during the week commencing 23 November 2026, and we want to meet with experienced mining professionals who are interested in opportunities in Australia.

RE:Group is an Australian mining and civil contractor delivering major mining, haulage, maintenance and infrastructure projects across the resources sector.

With a significant pipeline of new and expanding projects, we expect to require more than 200 additional people during the first half of 2027.

Duties & Responsibilities

For suitable candidates and eligible roles, RE:Group will provide sponsorship and support the migration process from start to finish, helping successful applicants navigate the pathway to living and working in Australia.

While we are in Cape Town & Johannesburg, we want to meet directly with experienced:

- Project Managers
- Mining Superintendents
- Mining Managers and Specialists




- Maintenance Managers
- Maintenance Superintendents
- Senior Supervisors
- Operational and Technical Leaders

We are particularly interested in people with strong experience across open-pit mining, load and haul, mobile plant, maintenance, production and large-scale mining operations.

This is not just another online recruitment campaign.

Our Executive Team is travelling to Cape Town and Johannesburg to meet prospective candidates face-to-face, discuss our major upcoming projects, explain the opportunities available and talk through the sponsorship and migration pathway into Australia.
