Technical Sales Engineer - Cutting Tools / CNC Machining Melbourne, VIC Turn your machining experience into a career in technical sales. n

We are a global leader in metal cutting tools and machining solutions, and we are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our Victorian team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machinist, Toolmaker, Fitter & Turner, CNC Programmer or cutting-tool professional looking to move into a technical sales career.

n

Extensive sales experience is not essential. If you understand machining, enjoy solving technical problems and are confident dealing with people, we want to hear from you.

The Role n

n
- Manage and develop existing customer relationships
n
- Identify new customers, markets and sales opportunities
n
- Provide technical solutions across turning, milling, drilling and other machining applications
n
- Conduct tooling trials and help customers improve productivity, tool life and machining costs
n
- Introduce new cutting-tool technologies and products
n
- Work closely with Sales Managers, Product Managers and technical specialists
n




- Develop your territory and increase market share
n

About You n

Ideally, you will have a trade or technical background in CNC machining, fitting and turning, toolmaking or manufacturing .

You will bring: n

- Valuable knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A practical, problem-solving approach
n
- Commercial awareness and a desire to develop business
n
- Motivation to learn and build a long-term career

Previous cutting-tool or technical sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
