Job Description

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.

Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident‑centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive., Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures

Safe administration of medication

Maintaining clinical documentation

Adhere to national standards and legal requirements

Engage with residents on a daily basis

Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect

We are currently seeking experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our supportive team at our Berwick Home on a Part-time basis. This role is a 6 months contract with a possible extension. Multiple roles available.

About the Candidate

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

Should have at least one year of experience working in a similar role in an aged care

Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations

Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
