Job Description

Better Rehab is seeking a capable P&C; Generalist to provide expert parental leave-focused advisory support across a dispersed national team. You will advise on complex people issues, coordinate HR queries, and help optimise HR processes within a current system.

You will analyse people data for leaders, report trends, and support junior colleagues. A strong Excel base and experience in a people-services setting are highly valued.
