Job Description

BlueCare is seeking a Wellness Partner for Kingaroy Canowindra Aged Care Facility to deliver engaging, person-centred wellness programs that support residents' physical, emotional, social and cognitive wellbeing. You'll work closely with residents, families and the care team to create meaningful participation, independence and connection.

The role requires Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent, a current Queensland driver's licence, and experience facilitating activities in aged
