About the Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day management of housekeeping operations while leading, coaching, and engaging your team to deliver exceptional results.

Working closely with hotel management and operational teams, you'll help ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Lead, train, and support housekeeping team members
- Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow effectively
- Conduct room and public area inspections
- Maintain high quality, productivity, and presentation standards
- Monitor compliance with Workplace Health & Safety requirements
- Respond professionally to guest requests and service issues
- Liaise with hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Complete operational reporting and maintain accurate records
- Identify and escalat operational concerns where required

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role or similar leadership position within hospitality
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities
- A positive, hands‑on approach and strong work ethic
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends as required
