Service Stream is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch Officer for our Adelaide office, Hope Valley, to join a 24/7 operations team. You will coordinate dispatch, track resources and ensure protected, timely service delivery under contractual SLAs.
The role involves interfacing with SA Water’s Customer Contact Centre and Field Services Project Delivery Team, with a rotating roster including days, nights and weekends. 12-month contract with extension potential.
