The role

Applications are sought for the position of Facilities and Infrastructure Supervisor.

The responsibilities of this role will be:

- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Service Infrastructure team across three accommodation villages, ensuring priorities are effectively managed and work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

- Oversee the maintenance and reliability of camp accommodation, village facilities, office buildings, grounds, and other non-process infrastructure.

- Manage maintenance activities for surface dewatering systems and pumps to support reliable site water management.

- Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance programs, including work scheduling, resource planning and cost control.

- Monitor and manage work orders through the CMMS, ensuring timely allocation, completion and reporting of maintenance activities.





- Maintain appropriate stock levels of parts and consumables and coordinate procurement requirements.

- Work closely with village services, catering and operational teams to plan works, minimise disruption and respond to operational priorities.

- Lead, coach and develop trades personnel, providing clear direction, performance feedback and mentoring.

- Ensure workshop facilities, tools and equipment are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition.

- Support the delivery of infrastructure projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Undertake other duties as required.

About you To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Australian recognised trade qualification (e.g. electrical, carpentry, plumbing, refrigeration/air-conditioning or similar building/facilities trade)

- S26 Statutory Supervisor Certification

- Demonstrated experience supervising a trades or maintenance team, ideally within a remote or FIFO mining/camp environment

- Sound working knowledge of camp and facilities maintenance, including plumbing, general building maintenance and reticulation

- Experience in the operation and maintenance of dewatering infrastructure and pumps highly desirable

- Good working knowledge of relevant WHS and building/plumbing codes and standards applicable to site infrastructure

- Awareness of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations




- A proven history of supervising and/or performing high standards of maintenance

- Good computer literacy skills, including work order/CMMS systems (Pronto highly regarded)

- Good organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks across multiple locations

- Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (Frontline Management desirable)

- Industry certificates, including High Risk Work Licence, Elevated Work Platform, Forklift (LF), Working at Heights and Confined Spaces, desirable

- St John/Senior First Aid certificate desirable

- Current “C” Class Western Australian Drivers Licence or equivalent
