Factory Hands & Delivery Drivers – Multiple Positions Available

Premier Cabinet Doors is a privately owned and growing business supplying quality cabinet doors and panels to cabinet makers throughout Perth.

We are seeking reliable and motivated Factory Hands & Delivery Drivers to join our team.

About the Roles

We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, practical people to join our manufacturing operation. We have multiple positions available:

1. Factory Hands (Multiple)
2. Delivery Driver

Both roles suit individuals who take pride in consistent, safe work and enjoy being part of a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities (Factory Hand)

- Handle cabinet doors and components safely and efficiently
- Sanding, prepping, quality control and basic machine operation (training provided)
- Loading/unloading materials and assisting production staff
- Maintain clean, organised work areas
- Follow daily production targets and quality checks

Key Responsibilities (Delivery Driver)

- Complete daily deliveries of cabinet doors and panels
- Load and secure products safely in the vehicle
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at delivery sites




- Maintain delivery logs and follow assigned routes
- Assist in the factory when deliveries are light (optional but preferred)

Expectations (Both Roles)

- Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
- Respectful communication with customers and team members
- Maintain a tidy workspace and take care of equipment
- Work well independently and within a small team environment

Must‑Have Requirements

- Valid Australian driver’s licence (required for Delivery Driver role)
- Physically fit and able to lift 15–25kg safely
- Strong work ethic and dependable daily availability
- Basic understanding of protected manual handling
- Full working rights in Australia

Nice‑to‑Have (Preferences)

- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, cabinet making, or similar workshop environments
- Previous delivery driving experience
- Good knowledge of Perth metro areas
- Forklift licence (bonus but not essential)
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
