Wholesale Roller Shutters is a growing WA manufacturer of quality aluminium roller shutters, supplying trade customers across Western Australia.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Hand to join our production team at our Kwinana Beach facility.
This is a hands-on role involved in the manufacturing and assembly of aluminium roller shutters. Full training will be provided, however previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction or a similar hands-on environment will be highly regarded.
Key Duties
- Assemble roller shutters and aluminium components
- Measure and prepare materials for production
- Use hand and power tools
- Drill, rivet and fasten components
- Assist with aluminium fabrication and assembly
- Follow production sheets and job specifications
- Check finished products for quality and accuracy
- Pack and prepare completed shutters for collection or delivery
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Keep work areas clean, organised and safe
- Assist other members of the production team as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to accurately use a tape measure
- Good attention to detail
- Physically capable of working in a hands-on factory workplace
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Safety conscious
- Previous factory, manufacturing, fabrication or construction experience is highly regarded but not essential
