The Co Group is hiring a Female Support Worker for an NDIS Participant in Glenfield to assist with walking their dog and transporting the client.

Services Required

- Monday- Friday 1pm to 5pm
- Saturday 9:30am to 12:30pm
- Sunday 9:30am to 12:30pm

Requirements:
- Must like dogs
- Have a reliable car and GPS while driving access
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence & access to a comprehensive-insured car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be willing to provide all aspects of support: including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance, community access and personal care

What you’ll do:
- Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance, community access and personal care




- Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
- Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for participants and their families
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.
- Follow company policies and procedures
