Female Support Worker – Capalaba- Muslim Background Highly Preferred

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to provide support to a participant in Capalaba, QLD.

A worker who is culturally sensitive and comfortable supporting a participant from a Muslim background would be preferred.

Requirements:

- Female support worker
- Previous NDIS/disability support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Respectful and culturally sensitive approach
- Relevant NDIS compliance and clearances
- Reliable and committed to providing person-centred support
- Capalaba/Redlands area availability preferred

About You

We are looking for support workers who are:

- Experienced in Australia supporting NDIS participants, including personal care and high-care needs
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Able to work independently and follow individual support plans

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)




- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
