At iPowr Energy, we're building a field sales team around a simple model:

We generate the opportunities. We book the appointments. You close the deals.

Our lead-generation and appointment-setting teams provide qualified customer appointments directly into your calendar. Our routing system then builds those appointments into efficient geographic runs reducing wasted travel and giving you more time in front of customers.

There is no prospecting or door knocking required.

This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Our commission structure pays up to 10% of qualified sale value, with additional oversell revenue splits &l; volume incentives available.

For the right salesperson, we expect this to be a six-figure role and potentially well beyond $150,000 p.a.

If you're consistently earning materially less than six figures in this model, we're probably not the right fit for each other.

Outside of training and team meetings, Victoria is your territory.

We're recruiting across Melbourne and Regional Victoria, and we're particularly interested in people who can take ownership of defined geographic areas and build them into high-performing territories.

Who we want

You don't necessarily need to come from solar.

You do need to know how to sell.

We're looking for confident, commercially minded field salespeople who can walk into a customer's home, build trust quickly, understand what the customer actually needs, present a compelling solution and ask for the business.

Experience in solar, batteries, automotive, real estate, finance, telecommunications, home improvement or other high-ticket consumer sales would translate well.

You'll need your own reliable vehicle, strong personal discipline and the ability to operate independently.

This isn't a salaried role where simply turning up gets rewarded.

We provide the appointments and infrastructure. You provide the performance.
