RMS Electrical & Pump Contracting is seeking an enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our small team servicing various WA mine sites.

The Role

· FIFO from Perth on an 8:6 roster, with occasional 2:1 swings

· Flights, accommodation and meals provided

· Company laptop and site vehicle provided

· Permanent role across multiple mine sites

· $80-90per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

· Complete electrical installations, maintenance, inspections and fault finding

· Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns and general site faults

· Work independently, manage priorities and meet operational targets

· Comply with AS/NZS 3000, mining regulations and site safety procedures

Who we want

We’re not interested in just filling a role. We want electricians who take some pride in their work, look after their equipment and want to leave a job knowing it’s been done properly. You need to be confident working independently, able to adapt to varied site tasks and contribute positively to a small team. Mechanical aptitude is highly regarded.

Essential Requirements





· Confident and capable of working independently on mine sites

· WA A-Grade Electrical Licence held for at least two years

· Current C-Class Driver’s Licence

· Current Low Voltage Rescue and CPR, Working at Heights and EWP credentials

· National Police Clearance issued within the past six months

· Ability to pass a mine-site medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening

· Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000, mining electrical requirements and safe work practices

· Confidence working independently on mine sites
