Inner North Melbourne | Full-time | $95k–$110k + super + commission

About The Role

We're looking for a Finance Broker who wants to build a serious book and take their career to the next level.

What you'll do

- Generate and win new business
- Conduct client fact finds
- Structure lending solutions
- Originate the loan
- Handover to the admin and credit team
- Manage key client relationships
- Work across residential, commercial, investment and asset finance
- Build towards $3M–$5M+ monthly settlements

Once the file is handed over, the team manages the documents, lodgement, credit and settlement process.

About You

You are a true broker who is not afraid to go out and win new business.

You’ll also have

- Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management — essential
- Proven Mortgage / Finance Broker experience
- Strong self-sourcing and sales ability




- Experience working with business owners and self-employed clients
- Commercial lending experience highly regarded
- A genuine client-first mentality
- Full working rights in Australia
- Comfortable working 5 days in-office — no exceptions

This isn't a traditional 9–5 role and won't suit someone looking for a strict work/life balance.
