Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Sales Teams and Managers to achieve targets.
- Present finance and insurance options to guests in a competitive environment.
- Maintain a guest-focused attitude throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with Business Managers to uphold our philosophy of providing excellent service.
- Provide extensive training and ongoing support to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Availability to work weekends as part of the role.

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience as a Business Manager in the automotive industry or similar experience in the banking sector.
- Fast-paced with attention to detail and a solid numerical aptitude.




- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Guest-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Confidence in presenting financial and insurance figures.
