RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Partner closely with operational leaders on budgets, forecasts and commercial performance




- Turn financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights
- Analyse contracts, costs, opportunities and business performance
- Develop business cases and provide recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Utilise Power BI to improve reporting, benchmarking and decision-making

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- CA/CPA qualified with 2+ years' post-qualified experience
- Finance Business Partnering or strong commercial accounting experience
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, analysis and stakeholder management skills
- Systems savvy, with Power BI exposure advantageous
- A genuine passion for sport, leisure or recreation - experience within the sector is highly regarded
