Kurbingui Youth & Family Development is seeking a Support Worker for its NDIS team across Brisbane and Moreton Bay. You will provide culturally protected, person-centred support to participants living with disability, helping them pursue goals, build independence and stay connected to their community.

Guided by each participant’s plan, you will assist with daily living, appointments, community access and social activities, and maintain accurate notes.
