What you’ll be doing:

If you live local, you might know our Baldivis centre? At thestart of your day, you’ll walk past our award-winning nature escape(and smile). You will work with our close-knit team of passionateeducators ensuring our children enjoy an encouraging, inclusivesafe environment whilst instilling a love for learning.

You could be one of our new Casual Early ChildhoodAssistant Educator, ready to release your early years educationpassion.



Your Room Leader will work with you to developindividualised programs while maintaining developmental records andkeeping parents informed. Then at the end of your shift, you’llwalk out the door (smiling again) knowing the children arecontinuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll be great in this role if you…

- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
- Have an ACECQA approved Diploma or Cert III in EarlyChildhood Education
- Have an understanding of the National Education and CareServices Regulations 2012, the EYLF and the NQF
- Can reflect on your previous experience implementingprograms in an Early Learning Centre (or similar)
- Can obtain a HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate, NationalPolice Clearance and Working with Children check
- Have experience working in an Early Learning Setting
