Market-competitive salary and benefits:

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.

- Salary range: $3129.60 to $3480.40 p.f. or $41.17 to $45.79 p.h. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
- Flexible work arrangements - full-time or part-time, may be available for the successful candidate, including the opportunity to work remotely where operational requirements allow.

About your opportunity:

To support the delivery of a client focused end-to-end recruitment service in accordance with Queensland Health policy and guidelines to meet the organisational requirements of the Townsville Hospital and Health Service.

Requirements:

- Previous end to end recruitment experience (including the advertising component), knowledge in talent acquisition and highly developed administration experience would be highly desirable.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted.
