As part of the floor team at Rooftop on Central, a busy rooftop restaurant, bar and function venue in Gregory Hills, you'll provide friendly and attentive service in a fast-paced hospitality workplace hosting casual dining, weekend drinks, birthdays, functions and large events.
Key responsibilities
- Providing friendly and attentive table service
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Running food and drinks
- Setting and clearing tables
- Assisting with functions and events
- Using the POS system and processing payments
- Maintaining a clean and organised floor
- Working closely with bar, kitchen and management teams
About you
- Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience, with 1 year experience preferred
- Confident, friendly and well presented
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and work well within a team
- Current NSW RSA preferred
- Flexibility across evenings and weekends
- Friday and Saturday availability highly desirable
