FOH Team – Marlo

Launceston, TAS | Casual & Part time roles available | 15–30 hrs/week, increasing

Marlo is Launceston's newest venue, opening this spring. Mediterranean inspired, Tasmanian born - expect long dinners most nights of the week and lazy weekend mornings with breakfast on the cards. It's the latest addition to the Telic Group family, alongside Felix and Tinka.

We're building our opening front of house team and looking for people who can move confidently between the bar and the floor. Whether you're strongest behind the bar or in your element working a room, we want to hear from you, we'll shape your hours around where you shine.

What you'll bring

- Hospitality experience, on the bar, the floor, or both
- Confidence in a busy service and quick instincts under pressure
- A good palate and genuine interest in wine and cocktails




- A warm presence and pride in the details, whether that's a pour or a table setting
- Availability across evenings and weekends

What you'll get

- 15 to 30 hours a week to start, depending on area of expertise and increasing as we build service
