- Bubbly & Outgoing Personality: Naturally warm, energetic, and confident in engaging with guests from all over the world.
- Section Management Experience: Proven experience managing your own section in a high-end or fast-paced dining setting.
- Service Excellence: Outstanding customer service skills with a perfect mix of sophistication, charisma,
and warmth.
- F&B; Knowledge: Solid understanding of food and beverage service, including food pairings, wine, and cocktails.
- Poise & Pace: Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and keep the dynamic energy going during busy services.
- Bonus: Mandarin-speaking ability is a strong plus!
- Requirements: Current NSW RSA and full Australian working rights.
