Virgin Lounge Perth - Trippas White Group

We are currently seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor with a professional manner to work within the Virgin Australia Lounge at Perth Domestic Airport (T1).

We require people who are guest-oriented, friendly, detail-focused, reliable and hard-working, with a "can-do" attitude to WOW our guests in the fast-paced airport setting.

Your key duties will include:

- Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and that alltasks are completed efficiently
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals
- Uphold Virgin Australia standards for presentation and grooming
- Share knowledge of OH&S; and hygiene with the team
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures
- Encourage teamwork, accountability and a positive workplace culture

To hit the ground running, you will have:

- Previous hospitality supervisory experience with a large team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable presentation and grooming
- Knowledge of OH&S; and hygiene




- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Food Handling Certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Approved Manager Certificate (Liquor Licensing)
- Your own transport is essential - parking is provided
- Flexible availability to work early shifts from 3:30am, and afternoon shifts finishing as late as midnight on occasion, across 7 days of the week
