Indigo Oscar is a vibrant beachfront restaurant and bar in the iconic Indiana building in Cottesloe. Overlooking the Indian ocean, the venue brings together bold, Latin American-inspired flavours, seasonal coastal produce and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

What You'll be Doing

- Bringing great energy and warm hospitality to every service
- Ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests, with safety as the top priority across all front-of-house (FOH) operations.
- Working alongside a passionate team to keep service smooth, fun, and rapid-paced
- Keeping the venue looking polished, welcoming, and summer-ready

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in premium casual dining or large, fast-paced venues

- The ability to stay calm and focused in high-energy environments
- Basic wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus, but not a must.
