The Queensland Club is one of Australia’s most prestigious private members’ clubs, providing exceptional dining, functions and accommodation from our historic Clubhouse in the Brisbane CBD.

We are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team ahead of the busy November and December period.

We are particularly interested in hospitality professionals with backgrounds in luxury lodges and hotels, hatted or fine-dining restaurants, private clubs, superyachts and other premium hospitality environments. Experience with traditional table service, together with a good knowledge of food and wine, will be very highly regarded.

We have opportunities for both short-term casual candidates looking for quality work over the end-of-year period and those interested in a longer-term, full-time career with the Club.

The role coversfunction, table and bar service across the Club.Experienced attendants will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for sections, dining rooms and smaller functions, working closely with our Food & Beverage, Functions and Kitchen teams. We are looking for people with strong hospitality experience, immaculate presentation, excellent communication skills and genuine attention to detail. Just as importantly, you’ll be a team player who can also be trusted to work confidently and independently.

A current RSA is highly desirable.
