We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and to help them to achieve their goals. /n The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency.

You will be responsible for: /n /n

- /n Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals /n
- /n Building customer rapport and repeat business /n
- /n Daily branch duties /n /n Additional Information: /n /n
- /n It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience /n
- /n You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs. /n




- /n The ideal candidate will have a flair for sales who can promote our services whilst working towards and achieving targets. The role will suit someone who is self-motivated, has an energetic attitude and can adhere to procedures. /n

- /n Hours - 38 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days with shifts available between 6:00 am to 23:00 pm. /n
