Stanes Transport is a locally owned and operated family business in Alice Springs. We are a growing transport company servicing Central Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our Alice Springs team in a full-time role. This position plays a key part in our daily freight and warehouse operations.
Key responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks and trailers
- Handling general freight, pallets, and containers
- Moving freight safely within the depot
- Picking, packing, and staging orders
- General yard and warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
About you
- A valid Forklift Licence (LF or LO)
- Previous forklift and warehouse experience
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a robust work ethic
- Ability to pass a medical and/or drug & alcohol screening if required
