The Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Driver / Yard Hand to join our client’s team in Springvale, VIC. This role is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse or construction yard environments who is confident operating forklifts and supporting general yard operations.

Shift timing: 6 AM - 2:30 PM | $36.25 / hr + super

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts (counterbalance) to load, unload, and move materials safely
- Handle and transport construction materials,



including steel and equipment
- Assist with general yard duties to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues
- Support the dispatch and receiving of goods
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements

- Valid LF forklift licence (essential)
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or construction environment
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
