BROSNA TOWN CONSTRUCTION PTY LTD seek to employ a Formwork Carpenter on a full-time basis for various projects in the Sydney area.

This is a long-term role and require genuine applicants seeking long-term employment. This is essential to maintain a continuing skilled point of contact within our firm for tiers 1, 2 & 3 Contractors.

DUTIES:

· Concrete formwork, build moulds to retain wet concrete.

· Study blueprints and building plans to select and order materials and timber, determine dimensions and assess procedures for installation.

· Install structures and fixtures.

· Build concrete forms & frameworks.

· Measure, cut, nail and shape materials as required.

· Assemble wood to form structures and fittings for installation.

· Repair and maintenance as required to timber structures.

· Site set-up prior to excavation, using string & pegs.

· Erect & dismantle formwork to suspended slabs, columns, beams & walls.





· Correct and safe use of all hand and power tools as well as elevated platforms.

Requirements:

· You will need to be proficient in measuring and cutting, demonstrate excellent communication skills and a motivated approach towards your work and be able to work as part of a team or independently.

· Trade Qualified Formwork Carpenter OR Proven Experience (3 years +) essential.

You will require:

· OHS Construction Card

· Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Vehicle

· Hand and Power Tools.

· Carpentry - 3 years (Required)
