The Salvation Army Cooma Salvos Stores in Cooma, NSW, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team, drive sales, and uphold Salvos Stores' standards and values. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Area Manager.
You will manage stock flow, pricing, visual merchandising, rosters and wages to keep the store running efficiently, while inspiring and developing a passionate team of employees and volunteers and building robust community connections.
