In this role, you'll:

Report to the Campaigns Manager and support a small but high-performing team with mailbox and administrative duties, complex invoice processing/reconciliations and reporting, while maintaining accurate financial records that enable the delivery of high-volume, fast-turnaround advertising activity.

You will drive administrative, financial accuracy and reporting integrity by consolidating multi-channel campaign reporting, extracting Meta/Facebook performance data, itemising and reconciling invoices, allocating costs across business areas, and maintaining auditable records across SAP, Equip and associated systems. Operating in a deadline-driven environment, you'll ensure campaign expenditure, orders and payments are accurately recorded, reconciled and compliant.

This is a permanent position based in Macquarie Park with hybrid work arrangements in place. TfNSW Workplace Presence Policy applies.

About you

You’re skilled at complex invoice reconciliations, maintaining accurate records across multiple systems, and identifying discrepancies before they impact reporting, payments or compliance outcomes.

Ideally,



you have experience using SAP and/or Equip and bring strong Excel capability, and a commitment to accuracy.

You’re a process driven administrative expert with experience supporting a team with financial administration duties. You can resolve discrepancies, meet critical month-end deadlines while safeguarding compliance outcomes.
