Sofitel Brisbane Central in Brisbane city seeks an experienced Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations and Guest Service teams, driving conversion, revenue, and exceptional guest experiences from the first contact.

Work with the Director of Sales & Marketing to optimise rates, inventory and distribution across Opera, TARS and GDS, while developing talent and ensuring VIP guests receive personalised, luxury service.
