Recruitment Consultant (3-Month temporary assignment) n

About the Role n

Working closely with our experienced consultants, you will provide recruitment support across a diverse portfolio of clients and roles. This is a hands‑on position where you’ll contribute to the delivery of quality recruitment outcomes while developing strong candidate and client relationships.

- Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, databases, and proactive search methods
n




- Candidate screening, interviewing and shortlisting
n
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
n
- ork closely with consultants to manage workload and ensure efficient delivery of roles
n
- Maintain and utilise recruitment systems ensuring data integrity and system compliance
n

About You n

We’re looking for someone who brings positive energy, initiative and a team‑first attitude.

n

You enjoy working in a fast‑moving environment, can manage competing priorities and are comfortable engaging with candidates across a variety of industries and skill levels.

n

Ideally, you will:

n

- Have approx. 1-2 years experience executing recruitment across industrial, engineering, manufacturing, technical or high‑volume environments.
n
- Apply a mature and flexible approach to providing adhoc support as needed
n
- Actively engage and collaborate with your teammates to foster a fun and positive culture.
n
- Have a detailed understanding of best practice recruitment methodology, systems and processes.
n
- Most importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys being part of a team, contributes positively to the workplace culture and is happy to roll up their sleeves to help wherever needed.
