Grand Cafe is located within Chifley Tower, serving a high-volume corporate clientele in one of Sydney’s most prestigious business precincts. We have recently opened our second location and are growing our team. We are looking for experienced Baristas and Front of House professionals to continue delivering exceptional service, quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

BARISTAS

We are looking for confident, experienced Baristas who can perform consistently in a high-volume specialty coffee workplace.

You will bring:

- Minimum 2 years' full-time equivalent Barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience producing 12kg+ of coffee per day
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, grind adjustment and machine maintenance
- Experience across a range of brewing methods
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, energetic personality and strong communication skills
- Fluent English




- Impeccable presentation and grooming suited to a premium corporate environment
- A genuine passion for specialty coffee and customer service

FRONT OF HOUSE

Our Front of House team plays an important role in creating the polished, welcoming experience Grand Cafe is known for.

You will bring:

- Previous café, hospitality or customer service experience
- A naturally warm, cheerful and professional personality
- Excellent communication and fluent English
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- A proactive approach and willingness to contribute to the team
- Excellent presentation and grooming suited to a premium corporate environment
- A genuine focus on delivering exceptional customer service
