SOAK Bars coming to Sydney.

Launching inside the new MYER Sydney Beauty Hall, SOAK is a beauty and hospitality concept bringing together premium nail and beauty services with a fully licensed bar.

We’re looking for confident, warm and switched-on Front of House team members to be part of our opening Sydney team.

This isn’t a traditional salon reception role. You’ll be at the centre of the SOAK experience — welcoming guests, managing appointments, serving drinks, keeping the space running beautifully and making sure every client feels looked after from the moment they arrive.

THE ROLE

As part of our Front of House team, you’ll:

- Welcome and check in clients
- Manage bookings, appointments and client enquiries
- Serve champagne, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks
- Take and manage drink orders from clients throughout the space
- Process payments and retail purchases
- Help clients with service and product questions
- Support the nail and beauty teams throughout the day
- Create the warm, fun and elevated guest experience SOAK is known for

ABOUT YOU We’d love to meet someone who is:
- Naturally warm, confident and great with people
- Organised and comfortable working in a busy environment
- Polished and professional without being overly formal




- Proactive — you notice what needs doing and get onto it
- Comfortable working across both beauty and hospitality
- Confident using booking, POS and digital systems
- Reliable and genuinely enjoys looking after people

Experience in hospitality, beauty, luxury retail, reception or customer service would be ideal. Beauty industry experience is not required, personality, initiative and customer service matter more to us.
